Halloween Fudge

No recipe image available.For an easy spin on a Halloween-theme, this yummy cream cheese and white chocolate fudge is tinted pumpkin-orange.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16-ounce) package powdered sugar (about 4 cups)
1 (12-ounce) package white chocolate chips, melted
1 cup toasted chopped nuts
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 drops yellow food coloring
4 drops red food coloring

Cooking Directions:

  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with foil, grease with butter; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended after each addition.
  3. Add melted white chocolate, nuts, vanilla and food colorings; mix well.
  4. Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  5. Cut into 48 squares.

Makes 48 squares.
