Balsamic Glazed Roast Lamb
A classic lamb roast with a sweet balsamic taste. Recipe courtesy of the Meat and Livestock Australia.
3 pounds Boneless Australian Lamb leg
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place Lamb in a baking dish. Combine the oil, vinegar and sugar, and brush over the lamb.
- Cover with foil and roast for 1 1/2 hours. Remove the foil in the last 20 minutes and baste with pan juices.
- Remove lamb from oven when cooked, loosely cover in foil and rest for at least 10 minutes. Serve with roasted sweet potatoes.
