Sweet and crispy-chewy, this makes an easy and tasty crust for fresh fruit, pudding and ice cream fillings.
1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- Mix coconut and butter or margarine together. Press mixture into an 8 or 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for 15 minutes or until golden.
Makes 1 (8 or 9-inch) pie crust.
