Roasted Peanut-Graham Crust

No recipe image available.Ground, dry-roasted peanuts add wonderful flavor to a graham cracker crust, especially ideal for use with ice cream pies.

Recipe Ingredients:

3/4 cups ground dry-roasted peanuts
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine ground peanuts, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and melted butter; mix well.
  3. Press crust mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 7 to 10 minutes. Cool.

Makes 1 (9-inch) pie crust.
