Turkey Club Pizza
If you love a good turkey club sandwich, this pizza will win you over.
1 (12-inch) pre-baked pizza crust
4 strips bacon strips, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 cup diced cooked turkey breast
1/2 small red onion, sliced
1 1/2 cups shredded Wisconsin Cheddar
1/2 cup shredded Wisconsin Smoked Gouda
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 head of iceberg lettuce, shredded
4 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- Prepare 12-inch pizza crust and spread mayonnaise and mustard evenly over bottom. Place 1/2 of the shredded cheese on mayonnaise base; top with turkey, bacon and onion. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 7 to 9 minutes or until cheese is slightly brown and bubbly. Remove from oven; top with fresh shredded lettuce and tomatoes.
Makes 1 (12-inch) pizza.
