Fire up your grill and add spice to your meal with the delicious flavor of these Cajun ribs. They are slow roasted over indirect heat so they are nice and tender. Serve with Good & Easy Baked Beans, corn-on-the-cob and fresh grapes.
4 pounds pork back ribs
2 tablespoons paprika
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons white pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon oregano leaves
- Cut ribs into serving-size pieces.
- Combine seasonings together well and rub on all surfaces of ribs.
- Place ribs on covered grill over indirect heat and cook, turning every 15 minutes, for 1 1/2 hours.
