Easy Grilled Chops

4 pork chops or pork steaks
6 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
- Season chops with salt and pepper.
- Combine teriyaki sauce and ketchup in small bowl.
- Grill chops over hot coals (or brown over medium heat in non-stick skillet), basting often with teriyaki/ketchup sauce.
- Cook until meat is done or reaches internal temperature of 145°F (62.7°C), followed by a 3-minute rest time.
