Honey-Orange Ham Steaks

2 ham steaks (1 pound total)
1/4 cup honey
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- Squeeze the orange, reserving juice.
- In a small bowl combine the orange juice, honey, cinnamon and cloves; mix well.
- Brown ham steaks in skillet; cover with glaze and cook over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes per side.
- Garnish with slivers of the orange peel, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
