Italian Roast Pork Loin
Make dinner time family time. This simple roast can be served with green salad, warmed crusty bread and French-cut green beans.
2 to 3 pound boneless pork top loin roast
1 cup Italian salad dressing
1 teaspoon garlic pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Pour salad dressing into resealable plastic bag; add pork, seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Remove pork from dressing and pat dry with paper towels;discard remaining salad dressing. Sprinkle pork with seasonings and place in shallow pan.
- Roast at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour, until internal temperature is 155°F (approximately 65°C).
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
