Tex Mex Chops
Fast and tasty Southwestern-style pork chops.
4 pork chops
1 teaspoon oil
1 cup ORTEGA Salsa - Homestyle Recipe (Mild)
1 (4-ounce) can ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles, undrained
- In a large skillet, brown boneless pork chops (use cuts that are about 3/4-inch thick) in oil, about 2 minutes. Then add salsa and diced green chiles. Lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
