Creamy Dill Dressing
A great salad is nothing without a great dressing. Homemade salad dressings are simple to make, taste better, and are much healthier than the store-bought bottles.
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped green onions
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Pinch of salt and pepper
- Place the dressing ingredients in a container that has a tight-fitting lid and shake until well mixed.
Makes approximately 1 cup.
