Hot Mango Noodle Salad
A great salad that's perfect for potluck parties.
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 cloves large garlic
1/2 cup CROSSE & BLACKWELL Hot Mango Chutney
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup peanuts, roasted and salted
1 (9-ounce) package BUITONI Linguine, cooked and drained
- Place soy sauce, vinegar, oil and garlic in food processor or blender; process until mixture is well blended and lighter in color. Pour into small bowl. Whisk chutney into soy sauce mixture.
- Combine pasta, bell peppers, and green onions in large bowl. Add chutney dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle with peanuts.
