A convenient can of condensed cheddar cheese soup added to cooked ground beef makes for a super tasty and easy 'souperburger' sandwich filling.
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (10.75-ounce) can CAMPBELL'S® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup, undiluted
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1/8 teaspoon black ground pepper
6 sesame seed buns, split and toasted
- Using a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender, stirring to break up meat. Spoon off and discard fat.
- Stir in soup, ketchup and pepper. Heat thoroughly over low heat, stirring occasionally. Serve on buns.
