Barramundi with Asian Marinade

4 Australis Barramundi fillets
1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 green onion, sliced thin
Ground black pepper to taste
- Mix marinade ingredients together and marinate fish for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Place fillets on grill for about 3 to 4 minutes. Turn over and grill 3 to 4 minutes longer or until fish turns white and flakes easily.
Makes 4 servings.
Tip: Sea bass and halibut are suitable substitutes for barramundi.
