Chinese Fish Parcels

12 ounces cod or haddock fillets, cubed
4 large Chinese leaves (bok choy or cabbage)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon five spice powder seasoning
4 green onions, chopped
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
5 1/2 ounces cooked rice (approximately 1 cup and 3 tablespoons)
Lemon and lime slices, for garnish
- Blanch the Chinese leaves in boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Place fish inside leaves and sprinkle with soy sauce, five spice powder and spring onions. Roll up to form a parcel (package; packet).
- Place rice in the bottom of a suitable dish, top with parcels, cover and microwave* on HIGH for 4 minutes.
- Sprinkle with seasoning and serve.
Makes 4 servings.
