Wahoo with Teriyaki Sauce

1 pound wahoo fillets (fresh or defrosted)
2/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1-inch piece fresh gingerroot, finely minced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Preheat grill.
- Lay fillets on a grill pan.
- Mix teriyaki sauce with ginger and garlic. Spread over fillets.
- Cook the fillets over a moderate heat for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Serve with noodles and stir-fried vegetables.
Makes 4 servings.
