Wahoo with Teriyaki Sauce

Recipe Ingredients:

1 pound wahoo fillets (fresh or defrosted)
2/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1-inch piece fresh gingerroot, finely minced
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Lay fillets on a grill pan.
  3. Mix teriyaki sauce with ginger and garlic. Spread over fillets.
  4. Cook the fillets over a moderate heat for 6 to 8 minutes.
  5. Serve with noodles and stir-fried vegetables.

Makes 4 servings.
