Super Easy Mexicali Pasta
A tasty pasta side dish made with a chunky, homestyle salsa and cheddar cheese—it just doesn't get any easier than this!
1 (16-ounce) jar ORTEGA Salsa - Homestyle Recipe (Mild)
1 pound dry spaghetti, prepared according to package directions, kept hot
1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Optional Garnishes: Sliced green onions, sliced ripe olives, chopped cilantro, shredded iceberg lettuce and/or sour cream
- Heat salsa in large saucepan. Add hot pasta, cheese and oil; toss well.
- Garnish as desired.
