Orange Glazed Turkey Cutlets

1 pound turkey breast cutlets
Salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon powdered ginger
- Lightly sprinkle one side of cutlets with salt, pepper and cinnamon.
- In large non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, sauté turkey cutlets in oil 1 to 2 minutes per side or until turkey is no longer pink in center. Remove turkey to platter and keep warm.
- In small saucepan, over medium heat, combine marmalade, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until mixture is heated throughout.
- To serve, spoon marmalade sauce over cutlets.
