Turkey Breast with Apricot Mustard Glaze
Oven roasted turkey breast with a simple apricot Dijon mustard glaze. This is elegant dining with very little effort.
1 (4 to 6 pound) Honeysuckle White Turkey Breast
1/4 cup apricot preserves
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- In 13x9x2-inch roasting pan, place turkey breast on rack.
- Bake uncovered 325°F (160°C) 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170°F to 175°F (80°C) in deepest part of breast.
- In small bowl combine Dijon mustard and apricot preserves. Brush glaze over breast during final 15 minutes of cooking.
Makes 8 to 12 servings.
