East African-style grilled turkey breast tenderloins seasoned with curry, cumin and lemon.
1 pound turkey tenderloins
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Brush turkey with oil and rub with curry, cumin, salt, and pepper. Squeeze lemon over the turkey and set aside.
- Grill 5 to 6-inch from the heat source for 5 to 8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
