What are the general rules
for baking with miniature pans?
Q: I am wanting to use the mini tinfoil baking pans
for quick bread recipes? Can you give me some general rules about
how full to fill them, how long to bake them and the cooling
time on the rack for removal? Thank you.
A: Fill miniature muffin and bread tins as you would
a regular sized tins, about 3/4 full and reduce the baking time
by about half or until they test done when a wooden pick inserted
in the center comes out clean. Cooling time will also be less,
perhaps 5 minutes, more or less.
