Is there in difference between
all-purpose flour and bread flour?
Q: I was wondering what the difference was between
all-purpose flour and bread machine flour is, if any?
A: Yes, there is a difference between the two flours.
Bread flour is made from hard, high-protein wheats. It has more

absorbs more water.
