What is heavy cream?
Q: I found a recipe for no-bake cheesecake and it
says to get 1 cup of heavy cream, could you please tell me what
that is?
A: Heavy cream is also known as "heavy whipping
cream", or in some parts of the world it is known as "double
cream". It is derived from cow's milk and is found in the
refrigerated dairy section of grocery stores.
