How do you prepare cranberry
sauce using port wine?
Q: I would like to know what way you would prepare
cranberry sauce with port and how long you would cook it for?
A: You would prepare cranberry sauce using port in
the same way as is done when using water, by cooking the cranberries
in the port until they are all burst. Remember, too that for
cranberry sauce to "set", you must allow it to cool
completely at room temperature before refrigerating.
