Do you have a mint-flavored
cheesecake with a chocolate crust?
Q: I want to make a mint flavored cheesecake with
chocolate graham cracker crust do you have a recipe? Can I use
a 9x13 pan instead of a spring form pan it's for a party. Thank
you
A: In regard to having a specific recipe the answer
is no, but I can offer you a good solution. Use the recipe,
Creme
de Menthe Cheesecake, and substitute the graham cracker crumbs
with chocolate wafer cookie crumbs for the crust.
In regard to preparing a typical-sized
cheesecake (using at least 24 ounces of cream cheese) in a 9x13-inch
pan, the answer is yes, it can be done, but do keep in mind that
baking times will differ. The 9x13-inch pan will take less time
to bake due to its wider width and lessened depth.
