What can I substitute for
the eggs in a wash?
Q: I have no eggs and still wish to make a bread
and Parmesan coating on my chicken what can i substitute for
the egg wash?
A: Buttermilk or milk (even plain water in a pinch)
will work to wet the surface of the chicken so the breading will
adhere better.
