What can I use in place of
sage?
Q: A Baked Chicken Ranch and Parmesan recipe calls
for 1 teaspoon of sage. I don't have sage, what should I use
as a replacement? Basil?
A: Although basil would be fine, better substitutes
for sage would be the following seasoning and herbs:
- Poultry Seasoning
- Rosemary
- Thyme
