Serve this delicious ground beef dip warm
with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers.
BBQ Tomato Beef Dip
- 1 pound ground beef
1 (28-ounce) can Del Monte® Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, drained
1 cup hickory barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add tomatoes,
barbecue sauce and mustard; heat through.
- Pour mixture in a 13x9-inch baking dish.
Top with cheese.
- Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
