Apple Glazed Chicken Wings

Apple Glazed Chicken WingsBroiled chicken wings coated with a sweet glaze made with apple butter, molasses and ginger.

Recipe Ingredients:

2 pounds chicken wings
1/2 cup apple butter
1/3 cup molasses
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Directions:

  1. Prepare the wings by cutting off the tips and then cutting through the joint section to give 2 wing pieces.
  2. In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients for the marinade. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the broiler.
  4. Line a broiler pan with aluminum foil and then set the wings in it.
  5. Broil for 15 to 20 minutes, turning the wings occasionally and brushing with marinade.
