Apricot Chipotle-Glazed Cream CheeseThis cream cheese appetizer spread with its apricot chipotle glaze is sure to be a hit at your next get-together.

Recipe Ingredients:

1/2 cup apricot preserves
1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce from a can, finely chopped
1 teaspoon adobo sauce
2 teaspoons MAGGI Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
Assorted crackers

Cooking Directions:

  1. Heat apricot preserves, chile, adobo sauce and bouillon in small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute or until bouillon is dissolved. Cool to room temperature.
  2. Place cream cheese on serving platter; pour apricot sauce over cream cheese. Serve with crackers.
