This scrumptious sandwich, filled with ingredients that were simply made for each other, is "all wrapped up" and ready to go on a picnic! ...And with sliced, makes a wonderful appetizer, too!

Beef Wrapped Lavosh

4-ounces soft cream cheese
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish, drained
2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
8-ounces roast beef, thinly sliced
8 slices provolone cheese
1 cup spinach or lettuce leaves
6 thin slices tomato
1 loaf Lavosh (Armenian flat bread)
  1. Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and horseradish until smooth. Fold in green onions and black olives.
  2. Spread cream cheese mixture on the Lavosh bread. Add roast beef, provolone cheese, spinach, and tomato.
  3. Fold in half to serve. For appetizers, roll and slice crosswise.

Serves 4.
