Rolled up bread with sour cream, chives and cream cheese and smoked turkey breast.

Canape Roulade

2 slices very thin wheat bread
3-ounces Honeysuckle White Deli Hickory Smoked Breast
1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream
2 teaspoons fresh chives, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
  1. Evenly remove crusts from bread and lay out end to end with a slight overlap. Gently press bread flat with a rolling pin to help seal together and make it more pliable.
  2. Combine Turkey, sour cream, cream cheese and chives (if mixture appears too wet, add more Turkey). Evenly spread Turkey mixture over bread in a thin layer. Roll up and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Using a serrated knife, slice log into disks approximately 1/2-inch thick, discarding ends if necessary. Arrange on tray and serve

Makes 6 servings.
