These tuna-filled quesadillas offer a delicious change of pace from the run-of-the-mill quesadillas.

Charlie's Tuna Quesadillas

1 (3-ounce) StarKist Flavor Fresh® Pouch Tuna (or canned StarKist Chunk Light Tuna)
2 (6 to 7-inch) flour tortillas
1/2 cup taco flavored cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon (fresh or canned) seeded and chopped jalapeño pepper, to taste
  1. Place on flour tortilla in a small heated non-stick skillet.
  2. Spread tuna and cheese evenly over tortilla. Top with a second tortilla.
  3. Heat until tortilla is golden brown, turn and brown the second side.
  4. Remove and cut into 4 quarters.
