Chunks of string cheese
take the place of the shrimp in these appetizer cocktails.

Cocktail
- 18 ounces Wisconsin String
cheese
1 1/2 cups red cocktail sauce
6 lettuce leaves
- Thin lemon slices for
garnish
- Cut Wisconsin String cheese
into pieces, each approximately 2 1/2 inches long.
- Portion 1/4 cup red cocktail
sauce into 6 serving containers.
- For each portion: Set
filled serving container of red cocktail sauce on a lettuce leaf
on plate. Arrange 6 pieces string cheese around container of
cocktail sauce.
- If desired, garnish with
thin lemon slices.
