Cheese Vegetable Wraps

Cheese Vegetable WrapsThin strips of zucchini and sweet red pepper are wrapped in thin slices of asiago and provolone cheeses.

Recipe Ingredients:

4 ounces thinly sliced Wisconsin Asiago cheese
8 ounces thinly sliced Wisconsin Provolone cheese
Zucchini strips
Sweet red pepper strips

Cooking Directions:

  1. Wrap Asiago and Provolone slices around vegetable strips.
  2. Arrange wrapped vegetables on serving platter

Makes 12 servings.
