Chicken, Lamb and Beef Sliders.

This recipe for three different burgers is guaranteed to please a variety of taste buds.

Chicken, Lamb and Beef Sliders

Chicken Teriyaki Sliders:
1 pound ground chicken
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
 
Lamb Sliders:
1 pound ground lamb
2 tablespoons dill or oregano, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Squeeze of lemon juice
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
 
Beef Barbecue Sliders:
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 tablespoon light molasses
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt

Chicken Teriyaki Sliders:

  1. In a bowl combine ground chicken with soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger, sesame oil and mix.
  2. Shape mixture into 2 inch by 1 inch patties and grill for about 6 minutes over medium heat. Serve with hoisin sauce.

Lamb Sliders:

  1. In a bowl combine ground lamb with dill, mint, cumin, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, salt and mix.
  2. Shape mixture into 2 inch by 1 inch patties and grill for about 6 minutes over medium heat. Serve with tzatziki sauce.

Beef Barbecue Sliders:

  1. In a bowl combine ground beef with chili sauce, light molasses, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and mix.
  2. Shape mixture into 2 inch by 1 inch patties and grill for about 6 minutes over medium heat. Serve with BBQ sauce.
