A great dip choice for tailgate parties, Super Bowl Sunday, or any time for that matter!

Chili Cheese Dip

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (10.5-ounce) cans chili, no beans
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onion
2 tablespoons chopped jalapeño slices (optional)
2 tablespoons sliced black olives (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread softened cream cheese in 9 x 13 x 2-inch glass baking dish and then spread chili on top. Sprinkle cheese, onions, peppers and olives on top.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. Serve warm with tortilla or corn chips.

Serves 8.
