These broiled crispy potato
wedges are served with a creamy cheddar cheese and sour cream
dip.
Crispy
Potato Wedges
- 4 medium potatoes, each
cut into 8 wedges
Vegetable oil
Seasoned salt
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Cheddar or Swiss cheese
or 1/3 cup (1 ounce)
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Brush potato wedges with
oil; sprinkle with seasoned salt.
- Set oven to broil and
broil with tops about 3 inches from heat until brown, about 5
minutes.
- Turn and broil and additional
5 minutes until crispy and browned.
- Stir together sour cream
and cheese and serve as a dip with potatoes.
