Cross and
Blackwell's Crab Dip
- 1 (12-ounce) jar CROSSE
& BLACKWELL Seafood Cocktail Sauce
12 ounces crab meat, cooked and chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion (optional)
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Chopped flat-leaf parsley
- COMBINE cocktail sauce,
crab meat and red onion in medium bowl. Spread cream cheese over
bottom of serving plate. Top with cocktail sauce mixture; sprinkle
wiht parsley. Serve with crackers.
