
Serve this tasty Swiss
cheese and toasted walnut spread with toasted pita triangles,
crackers or bagel chips.

Pleasin' Swiss and Walnut Spread
- 1 cup (8 ounces) cream
cheese
1 1/2 cups Wisconsin Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
1/3 cup parsley, chopped fine
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Combine all ingredients
in medium-sized bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour
to blend flavors before serving.
- Serve with toasted pita
triangles, crackers or bagel chips.
Makes 32 servings.
