Curried Shrimp Deviled Eggs
These deviled (stuffed) eggs have a delicious curried shrimp filling.
6 hard-cooked eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoon Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
3 green onions, finely minced
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 cup small cooked shelled shrimp
- Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Remove yolks.
- In a small bowl, mash yolks; add mayonnaise, salad dressing, curry powder, green onions, salt and pepper; mixing well. Gently fold in shrimp.
- Spoon or pipe into egg white shells and serve immediately or refrigerate.
Makes 12 deviled egg appetizers.
