Deli-Potato Salad Wraps
Bread-free sandwich wraps made with thinly sliced deli turkey breast filled with an easy homemade cheddar cheese and potato salad.
3 potatoes, cooked, peeled, and cut into a fine dice
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded fine
1/2 cup celery, sliced thin
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon horseradish (adjust to taste)
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pound Honeysuckle White Deli Turkey Breast, sliced thin
- Combine potato, cheese, and celery in a large bowl.
- Stir together all remaining ingredients except turkey.
- Spoon mayo mixture over potato mixture and toss gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons potato salad along center of each deli slice and roll up.
