Fresh Herb Bean Spread.

Fresh spices and lime juice add a flavorful twist to this 10-minute dip every guest will rave about. Serve chilled with breadsticks, flatbread, crostini, or fresh vegetables.

Fresh Herb Bean Spread

3 cloves garlic
2 (15.8-ounce) cans BUSH'S® BEST Great Northern Beans, rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh basil, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  1. With motor running, drop garlic cloves into food processor. Add BUSH'S BEST Great Northern Beans, lime juice and olive oil, and puree until smooth. Add basil, thyme, salt and pepper, and pulse until incorporated and herbs are coarsely chopped.

Makes 8 servings.
