Garbanzo beans are pureéd with media crema, a Mexican-style thick cream, diced green chiles, garlic and lime to make a delicious dip.
1 (7.6-ounce) can NESTLÉ Media Crema
2 (15-ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained
2 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon MAGGI Seasoning Sauce
1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles
Assorted crackers and vegetables
- Place media crema, garbanzo beans, garlic, lime juice and seasoning sauce in blender or food processor; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into medium serving bowl. Stir in chiles.
- Serve with assorted crackers and vegetables.
