Garden Vegetable Dip

Garden Vegetable DipServe this delicious yogurt vegetable dip with fresh vegetables, crackers or chips.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons finely chopped cucumber
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash hot pepper sauce

Cooking Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in medium bowl until thoroughly blended.
  2. Refrigerate dip for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to marry.
  3. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers or chips.

Makes 12 servings.
