Hummus is no longer just for health nuts. This versatile, healthy spread is packed with protein and easy to whip up.

Garlic Pesto Pea Hummus

1 (15-ounce) can DEL MONTE® 50% Less Salt Sweet Peas, drained
1/4 cup chopped sweet white onion
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons prepared pesto
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  1. Combine ingredients in food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. Serve with pita wedges or pita chips.

Makes 8 servings.
