With its burst of citrus, this dip goes well with appetizer meatballs. Try it as a dressing for sandwiches, too.
3 ounces thawed orange juice concentrate*
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 garlic cloved, crushed
- In medium bowl stir together orange juice concentrate, olive oil, ginger and garlic. Mix well and use as desired.
Makes about 1/2 cup dip.
*1/2 of a 6-ounce container.
