Ginger-Orange
Dip
- 3 ounces thawed orange
juice concentrate *
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 garlic cloved, crushed
- In medium bowl stir together
orange juice concentrate, olive oil, ginger and garlic. Mix well.
Makes about 1/2 cup dip.
*1/2 of a 6-ounce container.
