Hot Artichoke Dip

Recipe Ingredients:

2 (15-ounce each) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, finely minced

Assorted crackers and/or crusty baguette for accompaniment

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine all ingredients, and spoon into a buttered 8-inch square baking dish.
  3. Bake until bubbly and lightly browned, approximately 45 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with assorted crackers or slices of a crusty baguette.

Makes about 4 cups.
