Hot Beef and Cheese Dip

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons milk
1 (2 1/4-ounce) jar sliced dried beef, finely chopped
1/3 cup green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon pimiento, chopped
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  1. Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and milk; blend well. Add dried beef, onions, green pepper, pimiento, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Spoon into small lightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with pecans.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Makes about 2 1/4 cups.

Nutrition information:Per 2 tablespoons: 76 cal, 7 g fat, 18 mg cholesterol, 1 g carbohydrates, .2 g fiber, 2 g protein, 165 mg sodium.
