Hot Mango Chutney Dip
Next time you have a gathering try this delicious mango chutney dip. Great with a variety of fresh vegetables.
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
1/2 cup bottled hot mango chutney
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
Assorted fresh vegetables, for dipping
- Combine sour cream, chutney, cilantro, curry powder and salt in medium bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with vegetables.
